Randy Norris is the Creative Services Director for Cumulus stations Warm 98 WRRM, 103.5 WGRR, 96 Rock WFTK, 94.1 WNNF Great Country, and WOFX The Fox in Cincinnati. He talks about his career and gives advice to people who want to work in radio. He grew up in Ashland, Ohio (where Ken Jennings also grew up), went to school in Ohio, married someone from Ohio, and has worked in Ohio his entire career. So he's Mr. Ohio!
